◦ Select a Black Friday Lucky Dip Envelope when you spend $190 on products. Black Friday Lucky Dip Envelopes will be included in all qualifying online purchases.

◦ Black Friday Lucky Dip offer is available where:
- Purchases of products with a total spend of $190 or more on one transaction during promotion period.
- Promotion is available in store and online while stocks last OR until the promotion ends on Cyber Monday 1st December 2025. Online purchases will receive a Lucky Dip voucher picked at random with their order.
- Purchase is initiated from the start of the promotion date being Friday 28th November 2025. Payments on existing Laybys are not included.
- Payment must be made in full to select a Black Friday Envelope. New Laybys are therefore not eligible.
- Maximum of one Black Friday Envelope per customer. E.g. if the purchase total is $380 the customer is entitled to one Black Friday Envelope (and one Giftwith Purchase).
- Black Friday Lucky Dip offer is additional to the Free Gift of a Walker & Hall Travel Pouch with purchases of $320 or more – customer may receive one travel pouch and one Black Friday Envelope.
- While stocks last of Black Friday Envelopes or until promotion period ends on Monday 1st December 2025.

◦ Black Friday Envelope is not returnable or exchangeable for cash or store
credit.

◦ Exclusions
- Payments for services including but not limited to repairs, valuations, engraving or stringing are excluded and will not be accepted as part of the qualifying spend.
- Layby purchases will not be eligible unless it is started within the promotion dates AND full payment is completed in the promotion dates. If completed in full within the promotion dates, a Black Friday Lucky Dip Voucher can be selected when the final payment is made by Monday 1st December 2025.

◦ Vouchers must be redeemed in full in one transaction and no change will be given.

◦ The Black Friday Lucky Dip voucher will expire on December 24th 2025.
