All orders are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days; please note that online orders will not be processed over weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery once dispatched is within 3 business days for most metropolitan areas. Regional or remote locations may take longer.

    Your order may be subject to Australian customs duties, GST, and other import fees, depending on the value of items purchased.

    These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service to determine if any charges will apply to your order.

    Walker & Hall has no control over these charges. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the customer.

    If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe and you have not been contacted by the shipping provider (FedEx), we recommend reaching out to them directly with your tracking number for an update.

  • Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched and you can track your order on the FedEx website.
