Delivery Timeframes

All orders are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days; please note that online orders will not be processed over weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery once dispatched is within 3 business days for most metropolitan areas. Regional or remote locations may take longer.

These timeframes are estimates only and do not include any potential customs delays or holds.


International Customs, Taxes & Duties

Your order may be subject to Australian customs duties, GST, and other import fees, depending on the value of items purchased.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service to determine if any charges will apply to your order.

Walker & Hall has no control over these charges. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the customer.


Customs Holds & Delays

Delivery estimates do not account for customs inspections or holds.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe and you have not been contacted by the shipping provider (FedEx), we recommend reaching out to them directly with your tracking number for an update.


Returns from Australia

Returns from Australia are accepted under our standard returns policy. Return within 14 days of delivery for refund, or within 30 days of delivery for exchange or gift certificate.

Return shipping costs from Australia are the responsibility of the customer. Returned packages that are lost in transit are not the responsibility of Walker & Hall.

If you believe your purchase may be faulty or was sent incorrectly, please contact us at shop@walkerandhall.co.nz so we can provide you with a timely resolution.

  • Shipping to Australia is available for $60 to most metropolitan areas. We will be in touch if your delivery address is outside of these zones. There may be custom taxes/duty charged by the recipient country direct to the customer. We recommend checking with your countries customs if your item will incur charges.

  • We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    Estimated delivery once dispatched is within 3 business days for most metropolitan areas. Regional or remote locations may take longer.

    However during promotional or holiday periods, there may be a slight delay. We will be in touch if we anticipate any delay with your order and please don't hesitate to contact us if you have questions regarding your order.

  • Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched and you can track your order on the FedEx website.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and if an order is returned, the refund will be for the value of the item(s). Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for more information.
