I cannot speak highly enough about the way Triss and Grace handled my visit to Walker and Hall. I was interested in a vintage piece that I saw in the window they showed it to me, and I thought about it overnight and I returned the next day and decided to purchase.

I was so impressed with the service from Walker & Hall Wellington. Refreshingly different sales approach compared to other jewellers when I was shopping for a 21st gift for my daughter. Grace was friendly, professional, attentive without being pushy and genuinely interested in what I wanted to purchase within my budget. I really appreciated Grace's approach!
