Online Returns
To make sure your return will be processed smoothly, please make sure your return meets the following criteria:

1. All items are to be returned in new/unworn condition, in their original packaging and within timeframes stated - within 14 days or refund of online purchases, within 30 days for exchange or return for gift certificate.
2. Unfortunately we are not able to accept items for return if they have been specially ordered, sized, engraved or altered.
3. Certain promotions may also mean an item is unable to be returned unless faulty - if this is the case it will be clearly stated with the item details during the promotion period.

Shipping
To return your product, you should complete the Online order return form and courier your product to: W&H - 32 Anzac Avenue Auckland Auckland NZ 1010

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We always recommend you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
